Premium Finishing with Quality Material & Add-ons

We use high quality material with premium finishes and add-ons to craft a custom box for your product

Kraft Kraft

With a natural rustic brown color, our rugged and eye-catching kraft cardboard is one of the best eco-friendly packaging solutions. It also reduces carbon footprint and is recyclable when used with water-based inks.

Corrugated Corrugated

Our classic corrugated cardboard boxes are durable and lightweight due to their flute design. It offers sturdy support while making a bold statement and impactful visual appeal.

Cardboard Cardboard

Our classic cardboard boxes are lightweight yet sturdy, making them the most popular material option for product boxes. It goes well with vibrant colors and a matte finish when printed on.

Hot Foil Stamping Hot Foil Stamping

The hot foil stamping technique applies gold or silver foil to the box using a heated metal die and press. As the die interacts with the surface, the foil binds to it, resulting in a metallic foil effect. This adds a luxurious and shiny finish, giving the surface a captivating metalized look.

UV Printing UV Printing

The Ultra-violet (UV) coating is a liquid application layered on printed paperboard and cured through a UV radiation process. It serves as the ideal option when your product requires enhanced protection against external elements, such as sunlight or humidity.

Embossing Embossing

Embossing adds a touch of refinement to cardboard boxes. This technique creates raised patterns or designs on the surface, providing a tactile and visually appealing dimension to your packaging.

Debossing Debossing

Debossing creates a subtle effect by pressing designs or patterns into the surface, adding a touch of suaveness. It elevates your packaging to a new level of refinement and enhances the feel and quality of your product presentation.

Matte Matte

A matte finish gives your classic cardboard boxes a sleek and modern look. This option reduces glare and also adds a touch of sophistication to the packaging. The muted surface complements a variety of colors and printing techniques, providing an understated yet premium feel to your product presentation.

Gloss Gloss

A glossy finish on your custom boxes provides a polished and vibrant appearance. This option adds a reflective sheen to the surface, enhancing the richness of colors and creating a visually striking effect. It adds a sense of luxury to your packaging.

Soft Touch Soft Touch

A soft-touch finish gives your boxes a luxurious feel. This velvety texture adds a tactile dimension and also conveys a sense of refinement and premium quality. It elevates the consumer experience with packaging that looks subtle, creating a lasting impression of elegance.

Custom Bagel Boxes with Your Logo for Fresh Bagels

Most bagel orders go out in a few set counts: a single, a pair, a half dozen, a dozen, or a baker’s dozen of 13. Each one leaves your shop in a box, and that box carries your logo into offices, homes, and weekend brunches. Office catering orders are a good example. One box of a dozen bagels sits on a break room table all morning, in front of everyone who walks past.

We print your logo and brand colors in CMYK, or in PMS when you need an exact color match. You can print the inside of the box too, which is a good spot for a reheating tip, a flavor list, or your social handle. A die-cut window lets people check the flavors before they open the lid. For dozen orders, a built-in handle means you don’t need an extra bag at the register.

How Bagel Boxes Handle Moisture & Grease

Fresh bagels give off steam for a while after they come out of the oven. Close them in a box too soon, and that steam settles back into the crust and makes it soft. Paperboard breathes better than plastic, and small ventilation holes help even more by letting the warm air out. That’s why bagel shops tend to avoid plastic tubs for anything they plan to sell the same day.

Toppings bring a different problem. Butter, cream cheese, and other oily toppings soak into plain paperboard and leave stains that show through the print on the outside. A PE lining or interior coating stops that. If you only sell plain bagels by the dozen, you may not need a lining at all. If you sell schmeared bagels or breakfast sandwiches, you will.

Some shops also wrap each bagel in custom bagel paper before it goes in the box. Dry-wax paper sheets work well between stacked bagels too. They keep sesame and everything bagels from sticking together and stop seeds from scattering across the box.

Bagel Box Styles We Make

Each style suits a different way of selling. Ventilation holes and paper inserts can be added to any of them.

  • Gable boxes with an auto-bottom and handle are the usual choice for a dozen or baker’s dozen to go. The auto-bottom locks flat when you open it, so staff can set boxes up quickly during the morning rush.
  • Tuck-end boxes with die-cut windows work well for grocery and retail shelves. Shoppers can see the flavor without opening the box.
  • Trays and display boxes hold bagels on a cafe counter or across a catering table. An open tray makes self-serve easy.
  • Kraft paper boxes give a plain, natural look that suits artisan and farmers’ market bakeries.

We size every box to your bagel diameter and count. Most bagels are 3.5 to 4.5 inches across, so a box for oversized deli bagels needs more room than one for minis.

Food-Grade SBS, Kraft Paper, and Corrugated Stock

Every stock we offer is food-grade, in thicknesses from 10pt to 24pt. Heavier board is better for dozen boxes, since a full box of bagels has real weight.

  • Food-grade SBS paperboard is bright white, so photos and brand colors print sharp.
  • Kraft paper board is unbleached, brown, and recyclable, and it hides small crumbs and marks.
  • Corrugated board is the strongest option and suits large catering orders of two dozen or more.

One Trade-Off To Know: a PE lining blocks grease better, but it makes the box harder to recycle in some cities. Uncoated kraft printed with soy-based inks is the easiest to recycle. We use the same stocks across our bakery boxes, so your bagel boxes can match your muffin, donut, and pastry packaging.

Finishes for Retail and Subscription Bagel Boxes

Finishes matter most on boxes that sit on a shelf or ship to a subscriber. For counter boxes used once and thrown away, simple printing is often enough.

  • Matte or gloss lamination protects the print from handling and light moisture.
  • Aqueous coating is a thin water-based layer that cuts scuffs at a lower cost.
  • Spot UV adds a shiny highlight to a logo or flavor name.
  • Die-cut windows show the bagels inside.

Paper inserts keep bagels in rows so they don’t roll and crush each other.

Free Shipping Across the USA

Boxes ship flat, which saves space in your back room, or assembled if you ask. Shipping is free across the USA. Standard production takes 8 to 10 business days after you approve the proof, so it helps to reorder before your stock runs low.

Why Bagel Shops Order from Urgent Boxes

You can start small. Our minimum is 100 boxes, which suits a new shop testing a design or a bakery adding bagels to its menu. Design help is free, and you’ll see a digital proof and a 3D mockup before anything is printed. That way you can check the logo size, window spot, and vent holes before production.

Not sure which size or lining fits your bagels? Tell us what you sell, how many bagels go in each box, and whether you add toppings, and we’ll suggest a setup. First orders get 20% off. To get a price, send your box count, bagels per box, and artwork through the quote form.

It depends on your bagels. Most are about 3.5 to 4.5 inches across, and a dozen box fits 12 or 13 in rows. Send us your bagel size and we’ll size the box to match.

Let them cool first, then box them. Ventilation holes let leftover steam out, and wrapping each bagel in wax paper slows drying.

Not with a PE lining or interior coating. Without one, butter and cream cheese can stain plain paperboard.

Gable boxes with handles are the usual pick for dozen orders. Window boxes suit retail shelves, and trays work for counters and catering.

The minimum is 100 boxes. Production takes 8 to 10 business days, and shipping is free in the USA.
