What is a Custom CBD Subscription Box?
A custom CBD subscription box is a printed corrugated mailer that ships a recurring assortment of CBD products to a customer’s door, usually every month. One box often carries very different items: glass tinctures, edibles, topicals, and sometimes a vape product. So the box has to do three things at once. It has to survive parcel shipping, keep each item in its own place, and look good when the lid opens.

Material Choices
Subscription boxes travel through sorting belts, trucks, and porches, so the board matters more here than on a shelf carton. We build them from corrugated stock, which has a fluted middle layer that absorbs impact.
- E-Flute Corrugated Board: About 1/16 inch thick, strong for its weight, and smooth enough for detailed print. This is our default for monthly mailers.
- Kraft Corrugated: Unbleached brown board with a natural look. It is recyclable and suits hemp and wellness brands that want a simple, earthy box.
- Standard White Corrugated: A white outer liner that makes colors look brighter and logos cleaner. Pick this when your artwork uses light or pastel shades.
Custom Box Styles Built for Monthly Shipping
The style decides how the box closes, how it opens, and whether it needs tape. All three options ship flat and fold together by hand.
- Roll End Front Tuck (REFT): The lid tucks into the front wall and side flaps lock it down. It is the standard subscription mailer and opens like a gift.
- Roll End Tuck Top (RETT): The lid tucks in at the top with dust flaps on the sides. Our roll end tuck top boxes pack fast and suit lighter kits.
- Tamper-Evident Tear Strip Mailers: A perforated strip must be torn to open the box. Customers can see right away that nobody opened their order in transit.
Inserts That Keep Every Product in Place
A loose box is how bottles break and gummies get crushed. We cut inserts to the exact footprint of your products, so nothing shifts between your warehouse and the customer.
Die-cut corrugated inserts have fitted cavities for 30ml glass dropper bottles and flat slots for items like gummy pouches, salve tins, and vape cartridges. They match the same sizing we use for standalone CBD tincture boxes and CBD gummies boxes, so your retail cartons can sit inside the kit. Molded pulp trays are the other option. They are made from 100% recycled fiber, are biodegradable, and are a natural fit for organic CBD brands.
Flawless Printing
With inside/out printing, the outside of the box carries your logo and the inside lid carries a welcome message, a product guide, or this month’s theme. We print in CMYK and PMS colors using offset for large runs and digital for short runs.
Print also handles regulatory compliance. We print the mandatory CBD compliance details you supply, such as THC content statements and required warnings, in the size and position you specify. Rules differ by state, so please confirm your wording before approving the proof.
