Premium Finishing with Quality Material & Add-ons

We use high quality material with premium finishes and add-ons to craft a custom box for your product

Kraft Kraft

With a natural rustic brown color, our rugged and eye-catching kraft cardboard is one of the best eco-friendly packaging solutions. It also reduces carbon footprint and is recyclable when used with water-based inks.

Corrugated Corrugated

Our classic corrugated cardboard boxes are durable and lightweight due to their flute design. It offers sturdy support while making a bold statement and impactful visual appeal.

Cardboard Cardboard

Our classic cardboard boxes are lightweight yet sturdy, making them the most popular material option for product boxes. It goes well with vibrant colors and a matte finish when printed on.

Hot Foil Stamping Hot Foil Stamping

The hot foil stamping technique applies gold or silver foil to the box using a heated metal die and press. As the die interacts with the surface, the foil binds to it, resulting in a metallic foil effect. This adds a luxurious and shiny finish, giving the surface a captivating metalized look.

UV Printing UV Printing

The Ultra-violet (UV) coating is a liquid application layered on printed paperboard and cured through a UV radiation process. It serves as the ideal option when your product requires enhanced protection against external elements, such as sunlight or humidity.

Embossing Embossing

Embossing adds a touch of refinement to cardboard boxes. This technique creates raised patterns or designs on the surface, providing a tactile and visually appealing dimension to your packaging.

Debossing Debossing

Debossing creates a subtle effect by pressing designs or patterns into the surface, adding a touch of suaveness. It elevates your packaging to a new level of refinement and enhances the feel and quality of your product presentation.

Matte Matte

A matte finish gives your classic cardboard boxes a sleek and modern look. This option reduces glare and also adds a touch of sophistication to the packaging. The muted surface complements a variety of colors and printing techniques, providing an understated yet premium feel to your product presentation.

Gloss Gloss

A glossy finish on your custom boxes provides a polished and vibrant appearance. This option adds a reflective sheen to the surface, enhancing the richness of colors and creating a visually striking effect. It adds a sense of luxury to your packaging.

Soft Touch Soft Touch

A soft-touch finish gives your boxes a luxurious feel. This velvety texture adds a tactile dimension and also conveys a sense of refinement and premium quality. It elevates the consumer experience with packaging that looks subtle, creating a lasting impression of elegance.

Custom Clothing Hang Tags That Help Garments Sell

Most shoppers flip the tag before they check the fit. In a couple of seconds, they learn the brand, the size, and the price. A flimsy tag on a $90 hoodie sends the wrong message, while a solid one backs up the price. Custom hang tags, made for garments that get tried on and hung back up all day.

Materials Matched to Your Garments

Thickness is the first choice you’ll make, and it mostly depends on what you sell.

  • 14pt Cardstock: Smooth and light. Good for tees, kidswear, and basics you restock often. Colors print bright, and the cost per tag stays low.
  • 18pt Kraft Paper: Brown, slightly textured, and sturdier than it looks. Denim and handmade brands use it a lot. You’ll find more options on our kraft hang tags.
  • 32pt Ultra-Thick: About twice as thick as a business card. It won’t curl or crease on the rack, which is why outerwear and bridal brands pick it.
  • Recycled Kraft: The same look as regular kraft, made from recycled fiber.

Shapes to Fit Your Garments

Rectangles cost the least and are easy to read. Squares and circles get noticed on a busy rail. Folded tags are scored down the middle and open like a tiny card, so there’s room inside for a note about the fabric or the maker. We can also die-cut tags to the outline of your logo.

Most clothing tags land between 2 x 3.5 and 2.5 x 4 inches. Go bigger for coats and chunky knits, and smaller for socks and lingerie, where a large tag gets in the way. Each tag is punched for string, ribbon, or a safety pin.

Special Finishes for a Premium Feel

Finishes are optional, but they’re what makes a tag feel expensive. Spot UV adds gloss to one area, usually the logo, so it catches the light. Gold or silver foil looks sharp on dark stock. Embossing raises your logo so you can feel it, and debossing presses it in. Both need thick board, so pair them with 32pt. For high-end lines, take a look at our luxury hang tags.

What to Print on Your Tags

Start with the logo, size, price, and a SKU or barcode for checkout. Some brands add a QR code that links to their site or Instagram. If people buy your pieces as gifts, ask for a perforated strip so the price tears off. One rule to know: in the US, care instructions must be on a sewn-in label. Your hang tag can repeat them, but it can’t replace that label.

Why Brands Choose Urgent Boxes

We print tags for brands launching a first drop and for labels that restock every season. You can order 100 pieces or 500,000. Before anything prints, you’ll get a PDF proof and a 3D mockup, and our designers will fix the layout for free if something looks off. Most orders are ready in 8 to 10 business days, and delivery is free anywhere in the US.

Send us your logo and the tag size you have in mind. We’ll get back to you with a price and a proof.

Most are between 2 x 3.5 and 2.5 x 4 inches. That fits a logo, size, and price without hiding the garment.

It depends on what you sell and how much you charge. 14pt cardstock is fine for tees and basics. 18pt kraft works well for denim and handmade lines.

Every tag has a punched hole near the top. Smaller shops usually use string, ribbon, or a safety pin. Larger retailers often use a tagging gun, which shoots a small plastic fastener through a seam or label in one click.

You can order as few as 100 tags, which works well for a new brand or a small test run. Production takes 8 to 10 business days after you approve the proof, and shipping in the US is free.
