Premium Finishing with Quality Material & Add-ons

We use high quality material with premium finishes and add-ons to craft a custom box for your product

Kraft Kraft

With a natural rustic brown color, our rugged and eye-catching kraft cardboard is one of the best eco-friendly packaging solutions. It also reduces carbon footprint and is recyclable when used with water-based inks.

Corrugated Corrugated

Our classic corrugated cardboard boxes are durable and lightweight due to their flute design. It offers sturdy support while making a bold statement and impactful visual appeal.

Cardboard Cardboard

Our classic cardboard boxes are lightweight yet sturdy, making them the most popular material option for product boxes. It goes well with vibrant colors and a matte finish when printed on.

Hot Foil Stamping Hot Foil Stamping

The hot foil stamping technique applies gold or silver foil to the box using a heated metal die and press. As the die interacts with the surface, the foil binds to it, resulting in a metallic foil effect. This adds a luxurious and shiny finish, giving the surface a captivating metalized look.

UV Printing UV Printing

The Ultra-violet (UV) coating is a liquid application layered on printed paperboard and cured through a UV radiation process. It serves as the ideal option when your product requires enhanced protection against external elements, such as sunlight or humidity.

Embossing Embossing

Embossing adds a touch of refinement to cardboard boxes. This technique creates raised patterns or designs on the surface, providing a tactile and visually appealing dimension to your packaging.

Debossing Debossing

Debossing creates a subtle effect by pressing designs or patterns into the surface, adding a touch of suaveness. It elevates your packaging to a new level of refinement and enhances the feel and quality of your product presentation.

Matte Matte

A matte finish gives your classic cardboard boxes a sleek and modern look. This option reduces glare and also adds a touch of sophistication to the packaging. The muted surface complements a variety of colors and printing techniques, providing an understated yet premium feel to your product presentation.

Gloss Gloss

A glossy finish on your custom boxes provides a polished and vibrant appearance. This option adds a reflective sheen to the surface, enhancing the richness of colors and creating a visually striking effect. It adds a sense of luxury to your packaging.

Soft Touch Soft Touch

A soft-touch finish gives your boxes a luxurious feel. This velvety texture adds a tactile dimension and also conveys a sense of refinement and premium quality. It elevates the consumer experience with packaging that looks subtle, creating a lasting impression of elegance.

What Are Custom Belly Bands & Why Do You Need Them?

Packaging belly bands are small sleeves that are printed with high-end printing methods. These sleeves are custom-designed so that they can properly fit around your product. Belly bands use less packaging material, but offer you great marketing opportunities. These bands can be wrapped around the box, or cover a specific part of the packaging. They can be customized to hold a small quantity of products together.

Let’s take a look at some of the finest benefits these sleeves offer:

By adding your logo to these bands, you can use them to increase your brand visibility and boost sales.

Flavor details, scent name and ingredients are some of the details that can be added to these bands and make your product identifiable to customers.

Where Belly Bands Work Best

Belly bands suit products that already look good and only need a label and a little hold. Soap makers wrap them around bare bars so buyers can still see and smell the soap, a lighter option than full soap boxes. Bakeries slide them over bakery boxes to mark the flavor of the day.

Apparel brands use them on folded socks, towels, and T-shirts in place of a carton, and stationers band notebooks and card sets. They also dress up a plain gift box or mailer box for a holiday run. When the season ends, you reorder the band, not the box.

High-Quality Materials for Your Custom Packaging Belly Bands!

The right material depends on what your band wraps and the look you want. A thin band for a soap bar needs a different paper than a thick sleeve for a gift box. We offer several stocks in different weights, measured in GSM (grams per square meter). The higher the GSM, the thicker and stiffer the band.

Here are the materials our customers choose most for belly bands:

  • Natural Kraft Paperboard (280–400 GSM): Kraft gives your bands a warm, natural look. It's eco-friendly and fully biodegradable. Organic and handmade brands love it for soaps, cosmetics, and bakery boxes. At 280–400 GSM, it's thick enough to hold its shape around larger boxes.
  • SBS / C1S Cover (250–350 GSM): SBS is a white paperboard with a smooth, bright surface. C1S means it's coated on one side, so your print looks crisp on the outside while the inside stays plain. It gives your packaging a clean, elegant finish.
  • Art Paper (100–150 GSM): Art paper is thin, smooth, and coated for sharp, rich colors. It wraps easily around small or curved items like candles, chocolate bars, and soap. It's a smart pick when you want detailed artwork on a slim band.
  • Textured Paper: Textured paper adds a feel customers notice right away. Linen, felt, and other textures give simple designs a premium touch.

Printing and Finishes for Belly Bands

A belly band is a small surface, so print quality shows. Offset printing keeps color consistent across large runs, and digital printing is the practical choice for short runs and limited editions. CMYK handles full-color artwork, while PMS inks match your brand color from one order to the next.

Finishes include matte and gloss lamination, spot UV, embossing, debossing, and gold or silver foil. A foil logo on a kraft band is a common pairing for candles and wedding favors. Add matching hang tags if the product also needs a price or care label.

It is a printed paper strip that wraps around a box or product and closes at the back. It adds branding and product details without replacing the main package.

Measure the distance around the product where the band will sit, then choose the band height. Send us the length, width, and height, and we add the overlap and score lines.

Most bands close with an adhesive tab on the overlap. A sticker seal is the other common option.

Uncoated kraft and paper bands are widely recyclable. Lamination and foil can limit this, so ask about an aqueous coating if recycling matters to your buyers.
