Most pizza shops spend real money on dough, cheese and good ovens. Then the pie goes out in a plain box that’s stained by the time it arrives. A liner fixes the part people actually notice. The oil from pepperoni, sausage and melted cheese ends up on the paper instead of the cardboard. Your customer doesn’t get grease on their hands, the kitchen counter or the seat of their car.
Pick the paper based on what you bake. Custom greaseproof pizza paper keeps oil from getting through to the box, which is what most thin crust and New York style shops want. Kraft soaks up grease and has a plain brown look, so it’s a good match for deep dish and heavily topped pies. Parchment handles heat and doesn’t stick. That helps if the liner goes into the oven with par-baked or reheated pizza. Every paper we use is food-grade and FDA-compliant.

Custom Pizza Box Liner Sizes, Sheets and Rolls
Get the liner a bit smaller than the inside of your box. If it’s too big, the edges curl up the walls and the pizza doesn’t sit flat. Our standard printed pizza box liners are made for 10", 12", 14" and 16" boxes. For anything else, like personal pies, square Detroit or Sicilian pizza, or slice trays, send us the inside measurements and we’ll cut them to fit.
Round sheets work for round pizzas. Square sheets reach into the corners of the box, so no part of the pizza touches bare cardboard. If your sizes change a lot, rolls are easier, since staff can tear off whatever length they need.
Paper weight is the other thing to think about. We run stock from 30 to 90 gsm. A thin crust cheese pizza is fine on lighter paper. A deep dish loaded with toppings puts a lot more oil on the liner, so go heavier.
