Please notify us of any product issues within 2 working days of receiving the order. If there is any printing error, we will reprint the product but no refunds will be issued. All orders are customized and cannot resell or reuse to copyright policy. We waste all remaining or extra material produced ensuring final quality should be achieved.
To request a reprint, you must send us a photo of the defect within 7 days at your own cost. You must return at least 99% of the product within 10 business days of delivery. Please note that urgent orders have extra charges that are nonrefundable.
Customers must complete and approve a form that includes final artwork and job specifications when placing an order. The customer must review all the details in the specification sheet before giving the final approval. After the finalization, the order is sent to the production and no changes can be made.
We have mentioned the turnaround time after the final order submission on our site. Our company is not responsible for requests not mentioned in the approved specification sheet.
Customers can cancel their order during different stages of production. However, a cancellation fee will apply depending on the process stage. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
A $15 flat fee plus 5% of the total value will be charged to cover initial processing costs.
A cancellation fee of 20% of the total order amount will be charged to account for work already completed.
Cancellation at this stage causes a minimum of 50% of the total order amount, based on how far the order has progressed.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched for shipping
Please note that refunds are not offered for design-only orders if the customer cancels after the design process starts.
